This was an amazing collaboration we got to do with the iconic Mostert’s Mill.
Mostert’s mill was the last remaining operational windmill in South Africa when it was gutted by a fire in 2021.
The Windmill Society has since restored the 200 year old landmark. To celebrate the occasion, we brewed a Munich Dunkel with malt we milled at Mostert’s Mill.
