On Wednesday 6th September, we’re launching NamaKin, a sour gose brewed in collaboration with our knife-wielding friends at Kitchen Samurai.
ABV: 5.8%
Style: Yuzu Gose
Hops: Citra
For this collab with our friends at Kitchen Samurai, we fermented grain with koji, traditionally used in the production of sake and miso. We then added yuzu juice and sea salt, making for a tart, umami beer with top notes of grapefruit and mandarin.
