Description
We harvested these proudly South African hops just a stones throw away from the brewery at Meuse Farm in Hout Bay. Then we high tailed it back over chippies to add the freshest hops to the boil.
The logistical challenge was more than worth it; this wet hopped pale ale is beautifully bright, refreshing and aromatic.
